1. Service Description
Stackado Mail is an AI workspace assistant for email that connects to your Gmail account via Google OAuth to help you summarize, draft, send, and manage email workflows. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid name and email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Connecting Google is optional but required for Gmail features.
4. Use of Google Data
By connecting your Google account, you grant Stackado Mail access to your Gmail and, if enabled, your Google Calendar solely to provide the Service. This access allows us to surface relevant email content inside the assistant, prepare and save drafts in Gmail, send messages on your behalf when you ask, and support inbox triage by marking messages read/unread or applying organizational labels (and, if enabled, creating labels used by the product). If you enable Calendar, we may read availability and create or update events only at your direction. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Data is processed on‑demand to fulfill actions you request (drafting, sending, triage, scheduling).
- Operational logs for security and reliability may be retained for up to 90 days.
- We do not sell your Gmail or Calendar data and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Do not interfere with the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not misuse Gmail data or violate Google policies.
6. Third‑Party Services
We rely on third‑party providers to deliver the Service, including authentication, infrastructure, and AI processing. Examples include: Clerk (authentication), Supabase and Upstash (storage/infrastructure), Hetzner and Google Cloud (hosting), and LLM inference providers (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Deepinfra) accessed via OpenRouter. We may change specific providers over time, but we require equivalent privacy and security commitments. Your data is processed by these providers solely to deliver the Service.
7. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
- You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stackado is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for errors in AI‑generated responses or third‑party services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
